Royal Guard Slogan Challenge! |

The citizens of Britannia are hereby challenged to design a slogan for the Royal Britannian Guard. This competition is open to all citizens of Britannia with active Ultima Online accounts遥ou do not have to be a member of the Royal Guard in order to participate. If you accept this challenge, the guidelines for submitting your slogan into the competition are as follows:^^- E-mail your details to community@uo.com with the subject line 迭oyal Guard Slogan. You must include the following in your e-mail:^
^- Your UO account username^
- Your character name^
- Your home shard^
- Your unique slogan^
^ - Only one submission is allowed per UO account.^
- Your UO account must be active and in good standing.^
- The theme of your slogan suggestion is up to you擁t can be a rallying cry, motto, code of honor/ethics/conduct, a core principle, an inspirational phrase, etc.^
- The slogan must fit on one line of type-able text within the UO client (under 70 characters).^
- Submission e-mails must be received before 10:00am CST (4:00pm UTC/GMT) on Monday, December 1, in order to be considered for this competition.^
^ ^Once all entries are received, fifteen finalists will be selected by our Event Moderator team. At 10:00am on Wednesday, December 3, ballot boxes for each finalist will be placed on the Test Sosaria shard in Lord British''s Throne Room in Trammel (sextant coordinates: Oo 5''N 0o 46''E; UOAM coordinates: 1334, 1623). Any character can journey to the ballot location to vote once per finalist slogan entry.
Voting will continue until 10:00am CST, Wednesday, December 10, after which time the ballot box votes will then be tallied. The finalist with the highest number of 添ay votes will be the winner of the slogan competition. An announcement will be posted to UO.com at 11:00am CST, Wednesday, December 10, declaring the winner.
All finalists will receive a special sash, custom-hued & labeled with 滴erald for the Royal Guard. The winner痴 slogan and character name will be inscribed on a shield in the Trammel Throne Room on all EM-supported shards. The winner will also be given a similar shield, including the same custom engraving, that he or she may hang in their own home.
